As Louisville Rescue Mission’s only federally funded program, the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) program offers subsidized permanent housing and supportive services to men coming out of homelessness who have a diagnosed disabling condition.

Who is the Permanent Supportive Housing Program for?
PSH residents must be men, age 18 or older.

What can a PSH resident expect?
• A single, efficient apartment (utilities included)
• Subsidized rent
• Access to case management and LRM staff
• Access to donated goods and services (when available)
